Hello from me to you!

Hi! My name is Frances Collins-Child, but I usually go by Frankie. I started private housekeeping when I was 18, and it's something I've been doing ever since.

Outside of work, I spend my time studying with the Open University for my degree in Classical Studies. This is my 3rd and final year of study after doing 2 years at Swansea University before transferring.

I'm a passionate film fan and can often be found watching a horror, comedy or biopic movie! Rock and heavy metal music are a big part of me- but I'll never miss Eurovision night either!

I'm a keen fiction reader and a big supporter of positive mental health.

I love having a personal relationship with my clients and am always happy for a chat... but if you ask me about my favourite film make sure you have time to spare!

About Heartwarming

Heartwarming started when I moved back home from Swansea University. I was working 3 different housekeeping jobs and the thought of helping more people in a job I loved just made sense to me. I also currently study part-time at university so creating hours that worked around me and my clients seemed ideal.

Although never working on one, I undertook a course to be a stewardess on a superyacht in 2021. Alongside sea survival skills, I also attained skills in private housekeeping and generally how to present myself well. I've worked in hotels, family homes, businesses and as a PA for single home-owners too. Heartwarming is a mix of all the skills I've gained over the years as well as my general love of organising. For more details of my experience and qualifications, please see below.
