FAQs

Why are you called a housekeeper rather than a cleaner?

"Cleaner" refers to simply that... cleaning! Whilst this is something I do, I also organise, do laundry, sort out wardrobes and children's toys/ clothes as well as any other tasks you need help with. "Housekeeper" simply helps to include all of this rather than it sounding limited as to what I do.

Can I contact you by phone?

Unfortunately I do not take calls from clients unless I have agreed in person to work with you. This is a safety and security measure but I will happily exchange numbers if you choose to work with me.

Do your prices vary by the service I choose?

The price of my services is on an hourly basis but this does not change based on which service you need the most help with. The rate can change by weekday or occasionally time so be sure to ask if you're not sure.

Can I have a regular slot?

I can offer regular slots yes but these tend to fill up fast! My clients do tend to change and often there are periods (holidays, school terms etc) when I'll be busier. I do have a waiting list available to get in contact with you ASAP when a slot opens up, so still do enquire.
